PP cotton filter, also known as melt blown PP filter, is a tubular filter made from odorless PP polypropylene particles that are heated, melted, sprayed, pulled, and formed.
The selected material for the wire wound filter element is carefully crafted by precisely winding textile fiber yarn onto a porous framework. The raw materials for its yarn include polypropylene thread, glass fiber, and degreased cotton thread. When winding, different precision filter elements can be made based on the control of the winding tightness and density of the yarn.
